I have worked with, and for, some wonderful people over the years.  Here are some of the great things they have said about me.

I was particularly impressed with Rishabh’s ability to put forward ideas for the conference in a constructive and thoughtful manner. He not only identified suggestions for improvement but also considered how they might be implemented in practice. I found it helpful to be working with someone who was willing to challenge why we took a particular approach while being flexible enough to recognise any constraints around his own ideas. Rishabh also used his initiative to organise the exhibition, visiting the site in advance to develop accurate plans that would help us to set up efficiently the day before. Rishabh has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Sara Moore

Professional Development Manager, The University of Sheffield.

Rishabh worked for me as the Marketing and Communications intern at University of Sheffield Enterprise (USE). He proved to be an outstanding intern. Rishabh is one of the most ambitious, hardworking and determined individuals I have had the privilege of working with.

Rishabh’s greatest strength is his creativity and problem solving skills. He truly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of USE. He identifies problems and uses his initiative and drive to develop creative solutions. At the start of his internship he identified that there was often a significant underrepresentation within enterprise from members of minority (Liberation) groups. Like a true entrepreneur, he drew on his experiences at USE, and as a student leader in the BME and LGBT+ community, to develop a solution. The result: Liberating Potential, a two day leadership and enterprise event for students from underrepresented communities. The event was a huge success. Rishabh hosted the entire event, developed and facilitated the session on ideas generation, and moderated the panel discussion. This is an amazing achievement for a student intern, and went above and beyond the requirements of his marketing role.

Marketing and Communications Officer, University of Sheffield Enterprise

Rishabh has been able to translate his passion for enterprise by connecting it to his personal interests. His work on the Liberating Potential event is evidence of how successfully he has combined these interests, and has resulted in an event that sold out faster than any other event in USE history.

Sara Pates

Head of Enterprise, University of Sheffield Enterprise,

Liberating Potential has demonstrated Rishabh’s ability to be enterprising in his own approach, and to inspire others to get involved and help. He identified the opportunity to organise this event for minority groups, and has been tenacious in overcoming a number of challenges in making this idea a reality. He has effectively utilised the networks he built up during his internship and sought support from others who could help him.”
